RASHES

  • Wash the affected area with chamomile tea
  • Apply a small amount of olive oil directly to the affected area
  • Apply aloe vera gel to rash
  • Cut open vitamin E capsule, extract oil and apply it over the affected area
  • Add one cup raw oatmeal to bathwater and soak, to stop itching and the spread of the rash
  • Make a poultice from dandelion, yellow dock root and chaparral. Apply to rash
  • Soak a cloth in solution of comfrey and water, place over rash. This helps to soothe inflammation, stop itching and ease pain
  • Avoid chemical based soaps

  • A hot bath will soften hair and open your pores, so you get a close shave
  • Use a shaving cream or gel to soften the hair, this lubricates and makes the shave smoother, and provides a fine layer of protection between the blade and your skin

  • Rinse blade frequently
  • Use gentle force while shaving, and always move the blade in the direction that the hair is growing
  • Be Careful with Shaving Products: A lot of shaving products contain alcohol
  • Apply aloe vera gel
  • Apply avocado or cucumber puree
  • Apply calendula ointment
  • Exfoliate skin with mitt, sponge, loofah daily
  • Apply cold compress to affected area
  • Dab a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and apply it on the affected area
  • Moisten black tea bag in warm water, allow the tea bag to cool or put it in the refrigerator for five to 10 minutes, rub the cool tea bag over the affected area for two to three minutes, repeat several times daily as needed

RESTLESS LEG SYNDROME

  • Eating a healthy diet
  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Limit alcohol and caffeine, you consume
  • Stop smoking
  • Try alternating hot and cold compresses on your legs to reduce pain.
  • Soak in a hot bath with Epsom salt/sea salts and essentials oils
  • Massage your muscles
  • Exercise daily 30 minutes, exercise doesn’t have to be intense. Try walking, jogging, or anything that gets your legs moving
  • Yoga
  • Vitamin D, Iron, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Magnesium,
  • Avoid: Coffee, tea, chocolate, sodas, and even over-the-counter (OTC) medications may contain caffeine
  • Try putting a heating pad or hot pack on your legs for a short while
  • Get a regular sleep routine
  • Reduce stress: yoga, meditation, visualization, or even a hobby may help you “de-stress.”
  • Try stretching your calves, hamstrings, and gluteal (butt) muscles before bed.
  • Some experts have found that a lot of people who suffer from restless legs syndrome also seem to have cold feet

RINGWORM

  • Apply Tea tree oil to affected area
  • Apply honey to affected area
  • Eat garlic daily
  • Any area of skin that is affected or susceptible to infection, such as skin folds and the groins or region between the toes, should be washed thoroughly and dried well
  • Avoid wearing fitting clothes
  • Change your clothing daily.
  • Wash all items of clothing and bed linen regularly and separately
  • Do not share combs, hair brushes or any kind of headgear
  • Apply some pickle juice with a cotton ball till it clear it completely
  • Apply black walnut (crushed rind pulp) to area (do not eat)

  • Cucumber Mask: apply a fresh cucumber puree on face, leave for 30 min, rinse. Use daily for a month

  • Apply a few drop of rose hip oil to affected area

  • Apple Cider Vinegar: You can drink two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar each day or apply it to the skin
  • Flaxseed oil, cats claw, zinc, gotu kola, grapeseed extract, red clover
  • Dab cranberry juice to affected area
