MEDITERRANEAN DIET
This diet includes: olive oil, legumes, unrefined cereals, fruits, vegetables, fish, cheese, yogurt, moderate wine consumption, low meat consumption.
GLUTEN FREE DIET
Is a diet that excludes gluten.
LACTO VEGETARIANISM
Is a vegetarian diet that includes eggs and dairy.
LACTO-OVO-VEGETARIANISM DIET
A vegetarian diet that includes eggs and dairy
VEGAN DIET
A vegetarian diet that also excludes: eggs, dairy and honey.
RAW VEGAN DIET
Is a diet that combines the vegan diet and a raw diet. Which mean all the food are eaten raw.
FLEXITARIAN DIET
Is a vegetarian diet that eats meat once and awhile.
KANGATARIAN DIET
A diet from Australia, that is a mix of a vegetarian diet that eats kangaroo meat.
PESCETARIAN DIET
A diet which includes fish but not meat.
PLANT-BASED DIET
Is a diet that only plant foods are eaten.
WEIGHT CONTROL DIET
Is a diet based on the desire to lose weight.
CRASH DIETS
Are They extreme diet that require rapid changes that are often unhealthy.
DETOX DIET
Are diets that remove toxins from the body. Some of these diet can be unsafe, please research before trying anything new.

Are any diets that are based on ones religious, spiritual or philosophical beliefs.
