Living a 100% Pure Lifestyle o...

Living a 100% Pure Lifestyle on a Budget

One of the things I hear all the time is how expensive Organic food, All-Natural Items and other Natural Lifestyle items can be. So I thought I’d research some things that everyone could afford, even people on a very tight budget. I know how difficult it can be to find healthy choices when you barley have any money to eat at all. The last few years as my health has declined and my budget become non existent I’ve had to learn to think out of the box and relearn how how look at food and how I locate and buy what I need to live a more pure lifestyle.
Let’s start with FOOD. Eating healthy organic or not does not have to cost a fortune. It’s always good to shop around at different stores, watch for sales, shop at local farmers markets, all these things can allow you and your family to find healthy food choices that fit into any budget. Another great ideal is to grow your own fruits, vegetables, nuts and even grains. Grow as much or as little as your family needs, remember you can always preserve your excess crops for later use. Another Idea is buying in bulk from farms, farmers markets, you pick farms or local Co-Ops. If your looking for Organic make sure the products or produce or farm are Certified Organic , so you can have piece of mind of what you are buying.
Another area to research and give a try is foraging in the wild for food. From the forest, pastures, oceans, river and streams, you can always find a wide range of edible herbs, fruits, fish, seaweed, nuts, honey, berries, roots, mushrooms and so much more. Please be careful and seek professional advice before eating anything you are not properly educated on.
