WHAT ARE FOOD ALLERGENS?

Are allergens in foods that certain people have allergic reactions too. When you have food allergies your immune system makes antibodies that identify certain allergen as harmful. When a person with allergies come into contact with that allergen it causes a wide range of reactions such as: skin rash, shortness of breath, sinus issues, watery eyes, digestive problems, diarrhea skin, sinuses, airways . diarrhia , vomiting and the most serious is anaphylaxis. Anaphylaxis is a potentially life-threatening emergency, were a persons airways close up, causing a person to stop breathing.

1. MILK

 

 

Milk allergy is one of the most common food allergies in children. A reaction happens minutes to hours after consuming milk. Symptoms include: wheezing, vomiting, hives, digestive problems and anaphylaxis.

2. NUTS

 

 

Peanut allergy is the most common causes of severe allergy attacks.
